Golf Lessons
Why are today's golfers hitting the ball so much farther?
Elite golfers incorporate 4 essential components: efficiency of the golf swing, modern technology of equipment, athletic power and balance and a confident mental approach to maximize their game. Our goal is to provide you the confidence in knowing that someone really understands your individual golf needs, goals, and specificity of golf fitness training to achieve the athletic power and stability in your swing.
How the program works
- Improve Consistency: Level I
Titleist Performance Institute evaluation will identify physical strength and flexibility deficits that may cause certain swing faults. (i.e. limited spinal rotation may cause a sway) You will be given corrective exercises to obtain positions to maximize the efficiency of the golf swing therefore improving a reproducible swing. We will communicate with your golf pro.
Lessons: $75 for a 60-minute session - Hit the ball crisp and longer: Level II
Now that you are able to obtain an efficient golf swing, you can add more power within the swing. We add golf specific strengthening exercises that will develop rotational power and the stability required to maintain balance so you can attack the ball.
Private Sessions: $60 for a 60-minute session
