Lisa Taylor, Nutritionist

Lisa Taylor has always had a passion for inspiring people to be healthy. From a young age, Lisa has always been intrigued by the powerful role food plays on energy levels, fitness routines and overall wellness. She has nurtured her passion by successfully helping others understand and utilize the power of food and nutrition in an effort to improve their overall health and fitness. As a wife and a mom, she understands the importance of realistic and attainable food. Her areas of nutrition focus include customized menu planning, weight management, cultural nutrition, body cleansing, food service management, nutrition therapy, assisted grocery shopping, and kitchen overhauls.


Given the important role nutrition plays in overall wellness and fitness levels, she has worked directly with certified personal trainers and chefs. In addition, Lisa has been involved in a variety of wellness classes, publications and activities at Arden Hills Resort Club and Spa as well as segments for Fox 40, Sutter Health and Sac. and Co.
