Performance Training
Designed for athletes in junor high and high school looking to achieve their athletic potential.
Expect to be pushed to the next level and learn how to get the most out of your body. The training is progressive, with each session building on the previous session allowing for the athlete to further develop. The training sessions are 90 minutes, and available everyday during the week. Each program is sport specific and designed to make you a better athlete. The training is comprehensive, including dynamic warm-up, agility, speed, power, strength and flexibility.
Every athlete that trains with us must start with our phase 1/evaluation session. This allows us to assess your athletic abilities, strengths and weaknesses. It also gives us an opportunity to discuss your personal goals in athletics and design a program specific for you.
- Performance Training Available:
$150 per month for 2 training sessions per week - $200 per month for unlimited sessions
- To Sign Up: Call or schedule your first training session. All new athletes in Youth or Performance Training must attend our Phase 1/evaluation session.
