Tav quickly understood my problem and immediately identified exercises that were extremely effective. Under Tav's guidance, I saw improvement in a relatively short period of time. ... When I first met Tav, I did not believe that I would be able to compete in triathlons again. Thanks to Tav's guidance and expertise, on March 31, 2009, I participated in my first triathlon since my surgery in December 2007. I finished 21st of 33 finishers in my age group at the Xterra REAL Triathlon at Granite Bay. ... I was able to compete pain free, and was in good enough condition to enjoy the event.
