Results Training Center is a completely state of the art, world class training facilitiy.
We have combined the best of the best in improving sports performance and injury prevention to design training programs to achieve your potential. Our training philosophy is compiled from a combination of rehab science, training science, and athlete experience which comes together to create a tremendous athletic performance package. Our facility features equipment unique to the region, and normally only available to Professional athletes. It allows you to train for power and speed, the two keys to athletic performance. Competing in sports tests your strength, endurance, and agility; Good athletes excel in one or two areas, Great ones excel in all three and more. You can achieve all 3 if you train with us.

SPECIFIC TRAINING
This is the key to optimizing your potential.
For example, in golf and baseball, we look to maximize your rotational power, contrary to football and soccer, where we primarily focus on leg strength, speed, and agility. All training programs will include core strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness as those items make up your athletic foundation.
TRAINING PROGRAMS:
Youth (8-12)
Our youth training program establishes a solid foundation of flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, power, conditioning and running mechanics in a fun and educational 60-minute session that will help reduce the likelihood of injuries, improve sport performance and overall confidence. The group trains 2 days per week.

Performance Training
The Performance Training Program is designed for athletes in junior high and high school looking to achieve their athletic potential. Expect to be pushed to the next level and learn how to get the most out of your body. The training is progressive, with each session building on the previous session allowing for the athlete to further develop. The training sessions are 90 minutes, and available everyday during the week. Each program is sport specific and designed to make you a better athlete. The training is comprehensive, including dynamic warm-up, agility, speed, power, strength and flexibility.
Every athlete that trains with us must start with our phase 1/evaluation session. This allows us to assess your athletic abilities, strengths and weaknesses. It also gives us an opportunity to discuss your personal goals in athletics and design a program specific for you.

Pro Training
This group is developed by invitation only. The available space is for Pro athletes or athletes training at the professional level. The training for this group is all inclusive, as the group meets for about 2 hours, 4 days per week. We are currently inviting athletes to our Off-Season Baseball Training Program. For baseball, the training includes throwing programs, hitting programs, live batting practice and complete strength and conditioning. If you are a professional athlete, please inquire.

Team Training
Training as a team has its advantages, and we cater to those. We can host large teams or groups in our training facility. This is a great opportunity to keep your athletes in shape in the Off-season or during "dead time". It stimulates team building as the group receives the best training available. We are also available to travel to your venue if your team cannot make it to see us. Team training can vary from a speed clinic or jump training clinic, to a complete workout of Dynamic warm-up, speed/agility, core strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Please contact us for special team rates and training schedules.
Teams we have trained include Sheldon Basketball, Jesuit Soccer, Del Campo Baseball, Capital Christian Baseball, Pleasant Grove Baseball/Softball, Placer United Soccer Club, Franklin Football and many others.

Active Adult Fitness Program
Our comprehensive program will improve overall fitness by targeting cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength, power and lean body mass with 60-minute fun, energetic, total body workouts that are fully scalable and push the limits of today's active adult lifestyle.

Personal Training
Are you ready to make a change? If you are looking for weight loss, increased muscle tone, or increased performance and want to work in a one-on-one setting, this is the program for you. This program is completely tailored to meet your fitness goals, no matter what they are. The training sessions are 1 hour and include use of our state of the art equipment, not available anywhere else in the Sacramento region. A nutritional consultation will also be completed and a basic meal plan set up with you.

$300 for a package of 5 sessions
Conditioning
We call this energy system development. Different sports require different forms of energy, some are more explosive such as football, and others are more endurance based with areas of explosiveness. We train you to maximize your energy systems so you have the cardio strength when you need it. If you are tired and can't get to the ball it doesn't matter how hard you hit or how far you can throw it. Don't get tired, get into position and sustain throughout the competition. Energy system development is trained individually and based on your heart rate and estimated VO2 findings.

Nutrition and Recovery
Maximizing athletic performance is more than just training. It also requires proper recovery and nutrition to fuel the machine. These services are included in all of our packages at a basic level, but individual nutritional consultation and massage therapy are available through our extended business partners.
