Youth Training

Establishing a solid foundation.

Our youth training program establishes a solid foundation of flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, power, conditioning and running mechanics in a fun and educational 60-minute session that will help reduce the likelihood of injuries, improve sport performance and overall confidence. The group trains 2 days per week.

 

    • Youth Training Available:  
      $125 per month for 2 training sessions per week


 

  • To Sign Up:  Call or schedule your first training session. All new athletes in Youth Training must attend our Phase 1/evaluation session.
